1- Oriental spot ships worldwide, shipping every Sunday and Thursday from Egypt, Friday is our day off .Please note that the weight in your shopping cart should not exceed 50 kgs ,as the maximum weight allowed for every parcel is 50 kgs
2- Shipping prices will be shown in customer's shopping cart and at the end of this page for the States, Europe & elsewhere. Our shipping charges are determined according to product s weight & country of destination. (If you want to determine your shipping charges before you place your order, please check the table below)
3- We ship all our products from 2 shipping centers: Net courier (joint venture between EMS and FedEx) and EMS (Egyptian mail services). Both of them have the same delivery time but the difference is that when shipped with EMS, you cannot track your order .But with Net courier, they have the tracking order service, and you can track your order by login to www.egyptpost.org then choose the Net courier service and put your tracking number.
Also, you will notice that we have divided the countries into 18 zones, and we have mixed between the rates of EMS and Net courier in every zone to get the cheapest prices ever for each zone
4- When you combine items in your order, your total shipping charges will be less than if you had placed separate orders for the different products.
5- In certain cases, such as oversized or overweight items, an items shipping & handling is calculated individually rather than as part of the total purchase.(in the case of furniture pieces as an example)
6- Please verify your shipping address before placing your order .An additional shipping charges will be applied if we have to re-ship an item because of an address error.

9-We will notify the customer by e-mail whether we will ship her / his products with EMS or Net courier after placing the order cause as we told you that the rates or prices in every zone is a combination between the rates of the two companies.
10- Please note that EMS and Net courier are the cheapest companies for door to door delivery, that’s why we have chosen them .

Order Tracking :
When the customer finish his order with 2Checkout, inc. , we receive a confirmation e-mail from .We will then send an e-mail to the customer informing him the approximate time of shipping .
When the order is delivered to EMS or Net courier , we will re-send to the customer a shipping confirmation e-mail with the air way bill s number , so the customer will be able to track his order ( in Net courier case only ) , in Ems case we will just confirm that the products were shipped .
