-If an item arrives that is not what you expected, you can return it within 10 days, there will be a 10% management & commissions fee on all returned merchandise . To return an item, just send to us an email on return@orientalspot.com   and you will be responsible for shipping back the unwanted item (the refund will not include shipping charges) the item must be in the same condition as you received it and please send the item back in its original packaging.              

-    - If an item is damaged or shipped to you in error ,  just send to us an email on return@orientalspot.com  and you'll be given a full refund or a replacement product , the choice will be yours. Please note, in the case of damaged or broken item , please take a picture for it and send it to us in the same  email that you will send .
